My name is Jeffrey Schmidt, and I offer you several wellness services. On my path through life, I've encountered my share of struggles and obstacles. Some of these challenges incited me to learn and pratice various methodologies and systems of knowledge.
As a Reiki Master in Usui Reiki, my intention is to provide a calm and supportive space where you can take time for yourself away from daily stress.
