What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that supports relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.
An in-person Reiki session is based on gentle, light hand placement. The client is dressed comfortably and lies on a massage table in a calm and respectful environment.
Remote Reiki sessions are entirely energetic, during which the pracitioner and the client are not together physically. The client lies down confortably and is in contact which the practitioner via a video (or audio) call.
A Reiki session may help you:

- experience a sense of inner calm
- feel more emotionally centered
Reiki does not replace medical care.
It is a complementary practice focused on relaxation and well-being.
