What to Expect During a Reiki Session

Each person experiences Reiki differently.

You may feel:

• warmth or coolness
• deep relaxation
• emotional calm
• or simply a quiet moment of rest

There is no right or wrong way to experience a session.

Session Flow:

1. Brief conversation at the beginning
2. Reiki treatment
3. Short discussion at the end

What to Wear?

• Please wear normal comfortable clothing.
• You will continue to remain dressed normally all throughout the session.

What Exactly Happens During a Reiki Session ?

In-Person Session :

• lying down on a massage table
• soft, respectful contact
• (or hands can be kept at a short distance of a few inches if desired)

Remote Session :

• energetic work done from afar while you stay comfortably at your residence
• during the session contact is maintained via video (or audio) call
